Last updated: July 23, 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of iapacks.com and the IA Packs Plugin Suite, including LocalSEO AI, TimeGuard Pro, JBooking, HubCards Pro, and related WordPress plugins, tools, documentation and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, purchasing, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. License and Use

Each product is licensed, not sold, according to the plan, site limit, billing period and other terms displayed at checkout. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and may be used only on the number of WordPress sites allowed by the purchased plan. White-label features allow visual customization for end clients but do not transfer any intellectual property rights in source code, architecture, algorithms, product logic, documentation or brand assets.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent license controls, share a license without authorization, or extract or copy source code except where applicable law expressly permits it. Written authorization from Quintessence Consulting Group LLC is required for any use outside the license scope.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for generated content, publishing frequency, AI or API credit usage, client data management, legal compliance, and compliance with WordPress, hosting, payment-provider, search-engine and other applicable platform guidelines.

5. No Guaranteed Results

The Services include automation, productivity, SEO, booking, time tracking and client-management tools. No ranking, indexing, traffic, revenue, booking, payment, AI recommendation or operational outcome is guaranteed.

6. Payments, Renewals and Refunds

Prices, billing periods, licenses and renewal terms are displayed at checkout. Payments processed through third-party providers, including Freemius where applicable, are subject to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed at checkout and any applicable mandatory law.

7. Updates and Support

Updates and support are provided according to the plan purchased. We may modify, improve or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or improve the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Services remain with Quintessence Consulting Group LLC and its licensors. IA Packs Plugin Suite and associated branding, software, documentation and assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Quintessence Consulting Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill arising from use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
